Refund Policy

NN Education Hub Refund Policy

At NN Education Hub, we are committed to delivering practical, skill-based training to enhance your employability. Please review this policy carefully before enrolling, as refunds are strictly limited under the terms below.

  1. Non-Accreditation Disclaimer

NN Education Hub is not a Registered Training Organization (RTO). Our programs are designed to complement industry standards but do not confer nationally recognized qualifications. Certificates issued by NN Education Hub reflect skill completion only.

  1. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Deposit Refunds

A deposit may be refunded only if:

  • You submit a written refund request via email to complaints@nneducationhub.com.au within 24 hours of enrollment.
  • You provide proof of eligibility under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (e.g., major service failure).

2.2 Full Fee Refunds

The full enrollment fee may be refunded only if:

  • You submit a refund request within 24 hours of enrollment.
  • NN Education Hub cancels the program before commencement.
  1. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances if:

  • 24 hours have passed since enrollment.
  • Your Unique Student Identifier (USI) has been registered in our system.
  • Work placement has commenced.
  • A certificate (digital or physical) has been issued.
  • ASQA or a regulatory body cancels/disputes a certificate.
  • You fail to submit required documentation (e.g., ID, resume, USI) within 1 month of enrollment.

Note: NN Education Hub works with external RTOs only for marking services. We do not control RTO refund policies, and no refunds will be provided for RTO-related fees.

  1. Email the Refund Request: Send your refund request to complaints@nneducationhub.com.au within the specified timelines.
  2. Processing: Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3 calendar days.

  • Disputes: Email complaints@nneducationhub.com.au. We will respond within 3 calendar days.
  • Outcome: All decisions are final unless required by law.
